The Royal Sonesta Boston Hotel Cambridge, Cambridge

The hotel rooms were clean, comfy, and perfect, but also a bit too hot at times. The service was a disappointment, lacking friendliness and efficiency. The location was convenient to restaurants and shops, offering a modern and well-airconditioned atmosphere, but there were occasional drawbacks near the gym. The dining experience, although decent, fell short of expectations for a high-class hotel. Overall, the facilities were acceptable, but could use some improvement.

The hotel rooms were clean, large, and very comfortable, filled with amenities like a robe, slippers, shaving, and sewing kits but lacked a view from the end of the hallway. The service was responsive and friendly, especially during unexpected events like a fire alarm. The location is convenient, near the Museum of Science and the Charles River but poorly marked for finding at night.
